Make Up Lesson Policy

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all lesson agreements made between Vibrant Music LAB (“VML”) and its students and the parents/caregivers of its students (“the customer”).

a. Make-up lesson credits will be granted by Vibrant Music Lab if the parent/guardian/student provides at least 24 hours advance notice to both Vibrant Music Lab and the instructor. This can be done by filling out the absence form on www.vibrantmusiclab.com/absence and informing the instructor.

b. Once the advanced notice is received, the parent/guardian/student will coordinate with the instructor to mutually agree on a suitable date and time for the make-up lesson. This ensures effective scheduling for both parties.

c. Please note that a maximum of two make-up lessons per month is allowed. This policy is in place to ensure fairness in distributing make-up lessons while maintaining the regular lesson schedule's consistency.

d. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these make-up lesson guidelines. Our goal is to provide a balanced and accommodating approach to rescheduling missed lessons while ensuring the smooth operation of our music education programs.
